After activation "Zen will never remember history" all toolbars are black and the font color is also black #10802

- I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.
- I have checked that this issue can be reproduced once I removed all my Mods and Custom CSS.
What happened?
In "Settings" - "Privacy & Security" you can choose "History".
If you select "Never remeber history" and after the new start of Zen the toolbars are black and the font and icon color is also black, so you can not see anything.
Additional, a, after this change, installed theme did not work.
Expected behavior
no changing of toolbar-, font- and icon-color
Actual behavior
toolbar-, font- and icon-color is changing to black
Steps to reproduce
- Open Zen
- Open "Settings"
- go to "Privacy & Security"
- Change at "History" to "Never remember history"
