uninterpreted theories don't check argument types

these are interchangeable

theory isopen(Socket fd) -> bool;
theory isopen(Socket * fd) -> bool;

because unless a theory actually has a body, nothing checks the argument type.
Although that's sort of valid, It's rather confusing.
