Recently, I reported an error when using the CellCorHeatmap function in SCP0.5.1 for cell similarity analysis. The error is as follows: Error: No cell overlap between new meta data and Seurat object, running the same error as the example datagram, only if query_collapsing = FALSE is not reported, I don't understand why there is an error when doing cell type similarity analysis and no error when doing cell type similarity analysis
