@Hedda not surprised. For us we have taken a similar approach, no further development and not real support (just best effort) |

Off-topic but FYI, for reference; it sounds as if the zigpy project will soon list their ZiGate radio adapter library (zigpy-zigate) as deprecated if no other willing developer steps up and volunteers to take over general maintenance and upkeep of its code of that specific radio libary:
https://github.com/zigpy/zigpy-zigate
zigpy/zigpy-zigate#154
I know that the Zigbee Plugin for Domoticz does not yet depend on zigpy but without zigpy support then ZiGate radios will soon also be listed as deprecated or even unsupported for Home Assistant's ZHA integration as well as that will indirectly hurt the ZigGate userbase :
https://www.home-assistant.io/integrations/zha#compatible-hardware
Note: Two more off-topic but related things is that zigpy project might howver soon also get two new radio libraries for ZBOSS (and nRF52/nRF53) Espressif Zigbee SDK (ESP32-C6 and ESP32-H2), see:
https://github.com/kardia-as/zigpy-zboss
and
https://github.com/lhespress/zigpy-espzb
PS: If chaos engineering theory holds more radio libraries available for zigpy will help identify issues quicker which should benefit all.
