softRemove no longer goes through collection hook

softRemove used to go through collection hook: https://github.com/matb33/meteor-collection-hooks. There's no working after hook currently.

Which version? Also if it's on upsert there have been a change in regards to that in collection-hooks.

I am wanting to run an after hook on softRemove, so for example:

Users.after.softRemove(function(userId, userDocument){
     console.log("This user was soft removed: ", userDocument._id)
});

Is there an easy way to add the collection hooks behaviour onto softRemove? I've been looking at the collection hooks package to see if we can extend it with the softRemove action, but I think there are some issues with the way the softRemove behaviour is added to a collection and package load order.

Thanks, I tried the workaround in that issue which was to use an after.update hook and check for the removed field. However it looks like after.update hooks are not firing anymore after a call to softRemove(). In the short term I ended up going with a before.update hook and then placing my after function in a timeout which is really hacky.
