teams : nested definitions do not work in explorer

I used https://medium.com/zowe/password-management-for-zowe-cli-profiles-c57f64d1fe88

and defined a nested profile.

When I restarted vscode, the definition was not in the list of systems.

When i edited it with vscode no errors were reported.
