feat: ability to save filtered data from zniffer UI

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When using the zniffer UI to filter data, it can be frustrating to lose that filtering when saving the data.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would like to see the save button actually save the filtered data. This would be especially useful if the zniffer UI would also load captured data from disk if #3973 is implemented.

Describe alternatives you've considered
A second save button could be added so that there is a button to save filtered or save unfiltered.
