Crafting a custom CSS for Asciidoc

At some point we'll need to customize the look of the manual document to make it match the Zyn-Fusion website and interface to some extent.

Having some skins for a starting point or at least a reference is great. I'm not sure what would the htmlbook converter do for us though.
