In the modal stop watch view, the title being bold and appearing in the centre might look better. I can start working on this.

Sorry, I submitted a new issue for Hacktoberfest instead of commenting here first. I believe we should separate the JS from the HTML and move it into a scripts folder. I'm working on this now.

We should also move the CSS into its own file within the styles folder, submitting pull request now.

The play/pause, restart, and remove buttons would like nicer if there was some padding between the button text and the icons to their left. This also requires PausePlayToggle to match the buttons based on textContent rather than innerHTML.

In the modal, the cursor should ideally be a pointer when hovering over the 'X' button that removes the note.
