I would like to know if possible execution via azure automation the file Azqr for send email for my team?

To run a binary using Azure Automation you'll need and Hybrid Runbook Worker. Then you can run azqr do as needed with the results.

Others are using Github Actions or equivalent to run azqr on a weekly schedule.
