Add additional conf.php parameters

I would like an option to add additional conf.php parameters without having to bind the entire conf.php. So maybe an option to point to an additional conf.php that will be joined withe the automatically generated conf.php. An other option would be to create placeholder environment variables, where everything after a defined character sequence will be automatically added to the conf.php.

For example, DOLI_CONF_dolibarr_cron_allow_cli or DOLI_CONF_DOLIBARR_CRON_ALLOW_CLI will be added as $dolibarr_cron_allow_cli at the end of the conf.php.

Looks good to me. We will just need to make sure that the old options take priority over the "automatic" ones in order to ensure backward compatibility.
