Adding support for ERA5 renaming for files beyond monthly and daily. #3618
Description
Currently the ERA5 CMORizer (renaming script) assumes that the data can be monthly or daily. However, if one is trying to CMORize ERA for the subdaily scale, the naming convention is not following CMIP6. Example of a recipe for CMORization of 3hr sfcWind is here. I've added support for 3hourly and hourly naming.
