feat: Add feature of showing quality PRs #6
Description
A friend of mine suggest a feature to show quality PRs along with the number of PRs made by a specific person. I think this feature can be helpful in determining real competition in that repo.
The metric should be 50+ lines of code? (I know sometimes tougher issues can be fixed by only few lines of changes) -- but feel free to suggest anything else
