The majority of AutoAssess areas have mostly normal diagnostic input, so picking any as the first to be lifted and shifted should be fine.

Ideally this would be added to CMEW to run alongside the current CDDS-ESMValTool path.

Considerations:

• Create a extract_<autoassess_area>_<experiment_id> and run_autoassess_area_<autoassess_area> task, with an autoassess_area parametrised list of areas and an experiment_id parametrised list of experiment ids, following https://github.com/MetOffice/CMEW/wiki/CMEW-Prototype
• Adding Python code to an appropriate place (lib in top level, or app/<app>/bin or app/work?) in the workflow so that it get picked up automatically
• Adapt the graph based on autoassess_area (not sure how to do this bit!)
