Adapt Bikesharing article to show both xgboost and rpf

Since it's a non-vignette article, we can use HTML-only features like tabsets to show xgb and rpf output side-by side, which I think would be pretty neat.

Alternative: Separate vignettes for each method, but would need deduplication of descriptive text.
