Add "Getting Started" vignette

This vignette would be the secondary entrypoint to the pkgdown website and be included as a proper package vignette, so it should outline the method, how it works (with references), and show basic examples on small datasets (to keep computation time low for future CRAN submission).

I'd need some input or someone else for the "describe how and why this works" part, juuust in case.
