Add the ability to update a single document

After ingestion of a batch of documents, a particular document will be updated by its source of truth OR a particular document will be deleted.

Updated document, in the S3 bucket, an ingestion and update of that particular row inside the vector database.

Deleted document, now missing from the S3 bucket, a removal of the associated row inside the vector database.

Assumes a link/reference between the vector database and the source document URL
