Enhancement: Add BLE Transmitter

Hi there,
Great work on this stack, exactly what I've been looking for.
One other use case I have though is being able to read sensor data from a phone - so in theory it could be proxied back to Home Assistant or wherever it needs to go.
It would be fantastic to have a BLE transmitter option too to help with this.

I think phone will not be able to send ESPNow channel data, as it works only between ESP chips.
Yes, I agree, a BLE transmitter of BTHome would be nice, so let's record this as a feature request for bthome_ble_transmitter.

I would like to use that, too. simulate a BTHome Button that another device (e.g. shelly with stock firmware) can receive.
