Displaying tags

Showkase annotations already support a parameter like tags = ["ready for review"] but visually, it is not reflecting yet, that's because the follow-up PR to #309 was never done.
We want at least a simplified version of that follow-up that displays tags (e.g. in the form of chips - https://m2.material.io/components/chips/android#) next to component names. This is so that Product and Design teams can quickly see which components are ready or not ready for their review.
