Problem

• Currently, we have to fill in receiver text field every time we use the dispenser in Lora. How it behaves now...

Solution

• Pre-fill receiver address in lora dispenser flow if it exists by reading a url param...also make flow smoother for mobile so we don't have to click twice if signed into email.
