Add Okimarchy project link to Omarchy Alternative Implementations (#26)

This PR adds Okimarchy to the Distro Integration section.

Okimarchy is an Omarchy fork that adds niri window manager support to Omarchy, with runtime switching capabilities, unified theming and configuration improvements.
