rb-gsl support

When executing the code, it produces the message “Notice: for 10x faster LSI support, please install https://github.com/SciRuby/rb-gsl/”.

As far as I understand - this gem it not maintained and can not be included in gem ecosystem. Perhaps it makes sense to either suggest an alternative or remove the message.
