Set modern parameters as default values #172
Description
Currently, commonly used parameters like -R ssh and -f 1000 still need to be entered during runtime. While they can be configured in environment variables or aliases, this isn't an ideal solution.
We'd prefer to spend time on actual tasks rather than reading manuals/writing configurations/troubleshooting issues (the default rsh wasted half an hour of my time!)
It's unbelievable that fanout's default parameters still require configuration during compilation!
If the maintainers agree, I can submit a PR.
