I want to use CPAN::Reporter::Smoker to tell me how many modules on CPAN are failing to build as a result of my development version of perl. Instead of building the latest, I don't want it to build/test anything that's already installed or anything it has already reported.

Additionally if I build perl with different options I would want to be able to re-start this process. Can you tell me if this is possible? Such functionality would be very helpful when p5p makes a change and wants to see what will be broken as a result of their changes.
