Thoughts on upstreaming jiff-diesel into this crate?

I love diesel and jiff, and using them together with the jiff-diesel crate is a pretty decent experience. I'm wondering if the maintainers of diesel would consider just supporting jiff the way it does for chrono and time? Of course, it would be nice to get BurntSushi in on it so he can deprecate jiff-diesel, so new users aren't confused. I'm happy to submit a PR implementing this (should be pretty straightforward) as well as coordinate with BurntSushi if that's desired.

First of all: The discussion template shown is usually required to be used. It asks for information that are relevant in almost all cases, so please don't delete it next time.

To answer the question: We want to upstream jiff-diesel at some point in time. The general agreement with BurntSushi is to do this after they released a jiff 1.0 version as diesel doesn't want to add any additional non-stable dependencies to it's public API. If that happens such a effort would be welcome, until then jiff-diesel is there.
