RtpMic installation and configuration

RtpMic* is used to stream the audio from the Android device to the HA server. Download and install the app. Scroll down and start server. Allow all permissions

Enter the settings page and set:

• audio codec to G.711a

• target addr to 255.255.255.255

• target port to 55555

• Auto start streaming

• Start at boot

Allow any permissions Android system may prompt for

This is app appears to work faster than the IPWeb Cam app as it is not also streaming video. This may becoming the recommended app.
