[Question/Suggestion] Archive of this Repo / Strip Codebase

As the .Net Foundation Website seams to be managed through a new CMS-based system, changes to this code-base would go to waste.

To prevent further changes on the old code-base, I'd raise the question if it would not be better to archive this repo staleness for future contributors. If - for Issue / Question Intake purposes - the repo however shall remain, maybe it would be best to at least strip the codebase and ensure only the repo skeleton remains.

However I'm not fully aware of the plans, timeline, etc. so I thought I'd just raise the topic :)

Also it seams it's not 100% clear on who is managing/maintaining the Repo. I'd like to raise the point (maybe for a future board meeting or such) that it might be helpful for the community to add a CODEOWNER File to your repos.
