Create a branch for a libsql version of tanstarter

Hey there!

I typically use libsql/turso for quick prototyping of ideas. I stumbled upon this starter and it would be nice if there was a libsql version of it.
I already have a fork ready to be reviewed and merged for this.

Hi! Just checked out your fork and it looks good, however I'm not sure if I'm gonna be able to maintain this properly since I don't use libsql/turso. I also wonder if a separate branch would be visible enough to users. A PR is welcome if you're fine with this :)

If not, would you be willing to maintain your fork instead? I can just add a link to your repo in the readme, since I might also just use a separate repo for a SolidJS version of the template in the future.
