Missing country_name field in states SQL Server

When trying to run the state query, it displays an error because the country_name field is missing. It is in the inserts, but not in the table creation.

The error happens because the country_name field is included in the INSERT statements for the states table, but it's not defined in the CREATE TABLE statement for SQL Server. The schema is designed to be normalized, so country_name should be retrieved by joining the states table to the countries table via the country_id foreign key, not stored directly in the states table. To fix the error, either remove country_name from the INSERT statements (recommended), or add it as a column to the table definition if you need it denormalized.
