`steamguard approve` does not refresh login tokens automatically

steamguard-cli 0.17.0

What happened?

I ran approve and it didn't auto refresh the login tokens, nor did it let me log in.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Let access token expire
2. run steamguard approve
3. See "Unauthorized"

Relevant log output

I also have this issue
did the same steps and I get "ERROR Unauthorized"
and how would i refresh the "the login tokens"

As a workaround, if you run steamguard confirm it will refresh the tokens, or prompt you to log in again. You can then run steamguard approve and it will work.
