Generate Talker Alias

Hey Jonathan,
It’s possible to a test pattern with Talker Alias,
With the different modes 
7-bit, 8-bit, 16-bit.

We have some issues if Brandmeister generate the TA that hytera show it only on 16 Bit Modus.

maybe it’s possible that we can choose witch mode and fix text like *MMDVM_Bit7*
