[micronaut] Corpus backup broken

It seems the build of the corpus backup is not working for the micronaut project (and also others). If you look at the backup bucket, you can see the following:

The April zips look fine butt the June ones are empty. There are no zips from July.

A look in the non-backup corpus shows that there are many entries including from July.

As this backup process does not seem to have public logs, I'd like assistance on this. Some extra interesting details:

• We have one very old target where the backup works fine. This target is special because it's very simple. Maybe the backup is failing for more complex targets with larger corpora.
• Newer targets, even simple ones, have no working backups. Maybe the failure of the backup job when zipping EmbeddedHttpTarget makes it skip processing of other targets.

Hey @yawkat, looking into the bucket now, it seems the backup started to work again. Do you confirm it?

@javanlacerda one of the buckets works again (EmbeddedHttpTarget), for most of the others it still doesn't (e.g. BrotliDecoderFuzzer). Both fuzzers have current entries in the non-backup corpus.

@javanlacerda the EmbeddedHttpTarget folder is actually also still borked: latest.zip points to the empty June 30th zip, and public.zip points to the April 19th one. The latest should be July 16th/17th
