Release Progress: Gramine Roadmap

• SGX loader is not statically linked #1261 need a way to statically link protobuf.
  • Ideally, build protobuf statically and statically link against our implementation of the glibc dependencies. Let's try, even if it means maintaining our own fork of libprotobuf code.
• [LibOS] Add Recovery feature to Encrypted files #2013 Check the overhead measurements - is it really using the encrypted file feature with effectively no overheads? Maybe they are just dwarfed by other overheads, but seems unlikely.
• [LibOS] Use RW locks in the VMA tree #1795 Some remaining feedback to address, CI failure that is difficult to reproduce locally.
• Website - Michał reviewing
