Target power settings dialog gets stuck open

If I open up the target power settings dialog I can close it by either clicking the "dropdown menu" button again or clicking anywhere else on the Packetry UI, as expected.

However, if I interact with the port power selection drop-down then the dialog gets stuck open and won't close by clicking off it. I did find I can get around it by hitting escape on the keyboard, but that's not very intuitive :)

I'm not doing anything weird there, so I feel like this is probably a GTK issue.
