Bug: Can't scroll organization all the way down on mobile

Describe the bug

When using the app on mobile, users cannot scroll all the way down when viewing an organization.
Content at the bottom of the page is cut off.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Open Chrome browser
Navigate to the app
Open DevTools (F12) and switch to mobile view/device emulation
Navigate to any organization page
Attempt to scroll to the bottom of the page

What's the expected result?

• Users should be able to scroll through the entire organization page and access all content, including elements at the bottom of the page.

What's the actual result?

• Scrolling stops before reaching the bottom of the page, preventing users from viewing or interacting with content in the lower portion of the organization view.

Tested on Chrome - MacOS and Iphone 13 Pro Max
