Flattening and Extrusion #7
Description
Desired features:
- Extend current implementation of diagram flattening to allow for the selection of a subset of sub-diagram slots to flatten.
- Implement a diagram extrusion operation to create a new sub-diagram slot from a selection of slots (empty, box and/or sub-diagram).
- Implement slot substitution operation (cut and/or paste).
In the extrusion operation, wires on the boundary are unfused into a pair of a wire for the main diagram and a wire for the sub-diagram, connected by a single boundary port of the sub-diagram.
