Add support for `speakers`

The Hue CLIP API v2 has support for speaker devices like the "Secure smart chime." This package does not have that support. With it, the package would be able to check status, play sounds, and mute/unmute these speaker devices.

Backwards compatibility

speaker devices are only made available on the v2 of the API, so v1 would have no changes.
