Request v0.12.1 or v0.13.0 release

We are hoping to get a new release as a good baseline. Is it feasible to get a v0.12.1 or v0.13.0 release?

@ofaaland Is this something you could help with? I'm not sure what the release process is for this repo, but at least for me, even the tip of main would be sufficient.

Hi @daltonbohning yes I think we can get a v0.12.1 release out. It will probably be a couple of weeks. Have you tested for DAOS purposes with current tip of main?

@ofaaland We've been using the tip of main for our DAOS testing for several months now, so that seems reasonably sane. Though we don't do full testing of all tools and APIs, we do use dcp and dsync to copy between POSIX and DAOS
