Failed to deserialize chunk packet. minecraft:overworld 10 41 report bug

Me and my friends are currently in a flat, creative world along with some mods and some chunks are not loading for me and if I enter the zone of that unloaded chunks, I stay stuck and our buildings disappear. I hope anyone can help me for this problem
