Examples and integrators need fixing after arraycontext unevaluated-array change #1104
Description
Just a reminder that the change from inducer/arraycontext#305 was reverted in production(-pilot), and we need to fix up the examples and time integrators at some point to avoid passing unevaluated arrays to compiled functions.
