[SYCL-MLIR] Investigate clang-driver lit failures

f39c399 [Driver] -###: exit with code 1 if hasErrorOccurred, this commit causes some ninja check-clang-driver tests to fail, they are temporarily XFAIL-ed in #10895.

This issue is to fix the failures, and reenable them.

Likely due to reverting #10734 in #10941, we no longer have the problem reported in this issue.
