faucet execution error when implementing in Windows

According to google:

The 0xc0000005 error in Windows is an Access Violation that occurs when a program tries to access a memory location it's not allowed to

This means that the only way this may occur is from unsafe code. This is weird because it seems to only be happening from WSL.

The only place with unsafe code in the whole code base is:

faucet/src/client/worker.rs

Many of the proposed solutions refer to opening blocks through ticks, which introduces a slight vulnerability; however, this still doesn’t resolve the status extcode issue.
