Submitting Apizr to your .NET Libraries For Apps list, as It's a Refit based web api client, with a lot more features to ensure resiliency.
It could be used with a static approach or even better with Microsoft Extensions and the Shiny magic.
It's hosted by my company on GitHub (Apache 2.0), but is developed and maintained by me and myself for now :)
