[BUG] Can't add webhook

I'm on version 10.11.4 deployed on docker. When I click on "Add Discord destination" it doesn't work at all, and when I go back to the plugin's home page all the components get mixed and they appear one over the other. I don't know where the bug come from or how to debug it.
