Recreate scheduled task with original short interval?

When I first installed the plugin, it automatically created a scheduled task that would trigger on a very short interval (something on the order of 60 seconds or less). I accidentally deleted this scheduled task and I am now only able to recreate it (through the web UI at least) with a minimum interval of 15 minutes.

I have tried uninstalling the plugin, restarting Jellyfin, running the "optimize database" task, and yet when I re-install the plugin the task with a 15 minute interval appears again.

Is there a way I could recreate the task with the original, shorter interval?
