Readme points to a specific release

Hey, i just wanted to point out that the readme point specifically to git clone -b release-10.10.z https://github.com/jellyfin/jellyfin-web.git, in the "Build Process" section. Is this on purpose? shouldn't it be pointing to the latest version?

My guess is that it was just forgotten to be updated when 10.11.z came out few weeks ago.
It's just an example, below it says you can replace it with any version you want to install. Only that it should match the Server version.

wouldn't it be easier to remove the "-b" entirely, so it always gets the latest version? (and maybe add it as a note, in case someone needs an older version?)
or is it necessary to get the version corresponding to jellyfin-tizen's?

This repo is almost independent of the web repo, but you need to build a web that matches the server. That's why there's -b option. The master branch of web may work with an older server, but this is not guaranteed. Moreover, it is known that some versions are incompatible.

Updating the -b is not necessary. Maybe just for easier Copy-Paste. 🤷
