HDR10 Content washed out and not tone mapping properly unless Transcoded.

I'm running version 10.11.3 on a Tizen client with a TV (model QN75Q80RAFXZA). I haven’t been able to play HDR10 or HDR10+ content without transcoding to get the colors to display correctly. Am I missing something? When I forced transcoding by lowering the bitrate, everything looked fine.

When playing on laptop or phone it plays fine so I'm thinking its Tizen client related.

Intel 13500 with IGPU 770 if that matters. Haven't opened an issue before so pardon me if I need to add more information I will.
