Dolby Vision with hdr10 fallback doesn’t always work #394
Description
I have many titles with DV and hdr10 fallback. But it reencodes it to just SDR sometimes. Sometimes it plays the Hdr10 fallback.
Happens with codec hevec and av1.
It isn’t a bandwidth problem, as some of my av1 streams are 2 mb witch i could stream many at the same time. It is really strange.
