Currently the PNK rewards are transferred to the juror at the end of a dispute.

Instead we are proposing to stake those rewards on behalf of the juror in the same court.

Benefits

• For coherent jurors: increases drawing odds over time, less manual transactions.
• For the protocol: increases staked PNK, behaviour more consistent with penalties execution.

Open question

Should this new behaviour replace the current one, or opt-in, or opt-out?
