As mentioned in #2839 we want to show additional details in the wallet that will help identify the token as this feature request describes: #2841
This work is not yet done.

The workaround would be to look at your address on the explorer. There you will see the link to the contract so you can check them individually.

You will see two contracts that were confirmed 8 months ago or a year ago. And the other three have all been confirmed in the same Stacks block.
This is the contract with the highest nonce, that means it is the last contract you send. Is that the one you are looking for?
